Shipping policy

Delivery Zones: We provide shipping services across all regions within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman, State of Qatar, Kingdom of Bahrain, and State of Kuwait).

Processing & Delivery Time:

• Within the UAE: Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days.

• To GCC Countries: Shipping and delivery take 4 to 7 business days from the order confirmation date (excluding public holidays and weekends).

Shipping Fees & Customs Duties: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the checkout page. Please note that the customer is solely and fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Customer Responsibility & Cash on Delivery (COD): Placing a COD order constitutes a binding financial and legal commitment to purchase. If a customer refuses to accept the delivery without a valid, pre-approved reason, we reserve the right to blacklist the customer’s profile/phone number and take necessary measures to recover international shipping and administrative costs.

Incorrect Address & Returned Shipments: The customer is entirely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and a valid phone number. Any delivery failures due to incorrect information will be at the customer's expense. If an international shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery or the customer's refusal to pay local customs duties, a re-shipping fee will apply for redelivery. In case of cancellation, actual international shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
