Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Fees: Please note that the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs. If your return is approved, the return shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund.
How to Start a Return: To start a return, you must contact us first at marketing@bhsh.ae. Items sent back to us without first requesting and approving a return will strictly not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and public health safety, personal care goods, beauty products, and medical items cannot be returned or exchanged once the original seal or packaging is opened. Additionally, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer (minus shipping and transfer fees).
